Territory: reputed company South and East Job Descriptions for the position include:• Provides reputed company nursing care by utilizing reputed company reputed company of the nursing process. •Assesses and evaluates reputed company/reputed company status by: a.Reviewing and implementing the Plan of Care (POC) b.Regularly re-evaluating reputed company/reputed company needs c.Revising the POC as necessary • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. •Initiates and applies appropriate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing procedures and techniques and maintains communication regarding reputed company/reputed company care with the physician and supervisory personnel. •Regularly observe the reputed company/reputed company for changes in condition, reputed company changes with the reputed company/reputed company or family/caregiver and reports changes, as necessary, to the attending physician. •Assists the reputed company/reputed company with the activities of daily living and facilitates the patients/clients effort toward self-sufficiency and independence. •Teaches the reputed company/reputed company and family/caregiver self care techniques as appropriate. Provides medication, diet, and other instructions as ordered by the physician and recognizes and utilizes opportunities for health counseling with patients/clients and families/caregivers. •Provides and maintains reputed company environment for the reputed company/reputed company. Qualifications: •Currently licensed to reputed company as a RN in the state of reputed company. •If IV or ET certified, is currently certified and recognized by the state(s) where currently practicing as an RN. •Possesses excellent observation, good nursing judgment, and good oral and written communication skills. •Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. Presents a reputed company-employment physician’s health clearance, including negative TB skin tests and/or CXR and other tests as required by specific state statutes. •Possesses and maintains reputed company CPR certification. • Is a licensed reputed company and has an automobile that is insured in accordance with Lorian Health (LORIAN) requirements.
