About the role

We're looking for a Capture Manager to own the reputed company, positioning, and competitive shaping of our pursuits from qualification through submission and award. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal management reputed company the federal contracting environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and defend a win reputed company, not just manage a schedule
• Working proficiency in proposal writing, specifically Management Volume and Past reputed company content;
• Comfort operating across the full reputed company lifecycle, from qualification through post-award transition
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Business Development, Proposal Management, Solution Architects, reputed company, Pricing, and Delivery
• Ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into a coherent, compelling narrative under deadline pressure
• Project management experience
• Comfortable using or learning CRM / reputed company-tracking tools (e.g., NextStage, GovWin, SAM.gov research)
• Experience wearing both capture and proposal-writing hats on smaller pursuits or in a lean reputed company organization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted document writing and proposal prompting
