The Details

Location: Remote (South Africa reputed company). Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (approx. 08:00 - 16:30 SA time). Salary: Competitive ZAR monthly retainer plus commission on placements.

About the Role

This is a pivotal hire for the business. You will be the reputed company behind the candidate pipeline, handling the full sourcing and qualification stage so the Director can reputed company on reputed company relationships, offer management and business development.

This model has worked exceptionally reputed company before, with the Director and a previous right-hand person placing 60-70 candidates per year together. The ambition is to add £100-150k in additional reputed company through this hire. This role offers a genuine opportunity to grow with the business and, in time, take on reputed company-facing responsibility.

At any given time you will be working across 3-5 live vacancies, covering:

• reputed company sourcing: the reputed company and most critical activity. 85% of placements come through reputed company reputed company. You must be comfortable with high-volume, targeted reputed company searching, messaging and relationship building.
• Candidate identification and initial reputed company across multiple platforms
• Screening and qualification calls: assessing candidates against detailed vacancy briefs
• Compiling and presenting shortlists: reputed company, reputed company-reputed company candidate summaries
• Candidate communication: keeping candidates informed and warm throughout the process
• Sending job descriptions, managing email correspondence and general recruitment reputed company
• Coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate logistics
• Video and phone-reputed company candidate interviews: you must be confident and reputed company in spoken communication
• In time, taking on reputed company of reputed company reputed company for processes already in reputed company

The Interview Process

• Stage 1: Initial 10-minute screening interview as part of a reputed company of first-round interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Stage 2: 20-30 minute in-depth interview with the reputed company
• Trial task: You will be asked to complete a relevant recruitment task between stages to demonstrate your approach

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a UK recruitment environment, either in-house, agency or as part of a remote team servicing UK clients
• Strong working knowledge of the UK job market, UK candidates and UK hiring expectations
• Excellent reputed company sourcing skills. This is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable using reputed company Recruiter or reputed company reputed company to identify, approach and qualify candidates at volume
• reputed company, confident and reputed company English communication, both written and verbal. You will be speaking with UK-reputed company candidates and, in time, clients, and must be easily reputed company and reputed company in those conversations
• Strong screening instincts: the ability to quickly assess whether a candidate is right for an opportunity and to ask the right questions to reputed company out
