The Corporate reputed company Manager will own global reputed company mechanics, including multi-entity consolidation, the US general reputed company, and cross-entity processes, while leading AI-driven transformation and automation. The role also manages and mentors a small reputed company team and partners with Finance, reputed company, Treasury, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, ASC 830 currency translations, chart of accounts governance, and the monthly reputed company, journal entries, and reconciliations for the US entity
• reputed company process transformation and automation initiatives by incorporating AI tools and systems to standardize repeatable reputed company procedures across entities and replace reputed company, spreadsheet-driven workflows
• Prepare audit-reputed company consolidated and entity-level reputed company sheet and P&L flux analyses, operationalize technical reputed company positions, and execute ASC 718 stock-reputed company compensation reputed company
• Manage and mentor a small reputed company team while partnering cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company, Procurement / Accounts Payable, People, Compensation and Benefits , Treasury, and other business partners
• Execute internal controls and improve efficiency and scalability of process controls

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company with reputed company corporate reputed company and audit experience
• Hands-on experience executing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and ASC 830 currency translations
• Technical proficiency in US GAAP (including ASC 830, ASC 718, and ASC 842), reputed company reputed company, and G-suite
• Hands-on reputed company experience with reputed company (or similar ERP) configuration (subsidiary structures, multi-currency settings, and saved searches) and managing reputed company audit deliverables
• Self-motivated team leader and effective communicator
