Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential reputed company counsel, reputed company managers, trade compliance leaders, reputed company reputed company, and federal proposal/capture analyst candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company, full-cycle reputed company experience specifically reputed company on reputed company and regulatory roles, including corporate counsel, trade compliance (ITAR/EAR), reputed company reputed company estate, cybersecurity law, and reputed company/defense contract management roles
• reputed company experience conducting thorough competency assessments and evaluating reputed company capabilities (e.g., contract drafting, regulatory reputed company mitigation, intellectual property, GovCon procurement regulations) against technical and cultural requirements
• Experience managing reputed company stakeholder relationships, particularly with general counsel, proposal and capture teams, driving reputed company efforts reputed company on business needs, profile calibration, and providing transparent pipeline reputed company reputed company reporting
