The Senior CPIC/TBM reputed company Consultant will reputed company TBM methodology implementation, CPIC activities, IT investment planning, budget support, financial analysis, documentation, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs the interpretation and dissemination of OMB guidance, and applies guidance to reputed company environment, performs diagnostic and analysis of reputed company environment, recommends improvement alternatives, supports reputed company reputed company and decision making, implements changes to reputed company and budget formulation, budget execution, procurement, and capital planning processes and data coding to implement TBM
• Provides TBM support and expertise and oversees the TBM methodology and reputed company implementation
• reputed company technology advisory and implementation solutions that maximize business value from IT investments
• reputed company with Investment Managers and key Investment personnel to assist in the development of Major IT Business Case (Formerly Exhibit 300) and IT Portfolio reputed company (Formerly Exhibit 53) submissions. Assist in the response to budget/IT portfolio data calls from both the federal agency and OMB level
• Assist reputed company and other contractor personnel in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of Investment/project level documentation required. (IT Business Cases, Portfolio Summaries, Alternatives - Analysis, reputed company Management Plan, Operational Analysis, etc.)
• Support Preparation, Execution, and Submission of Budgets
• reputed company/review business cases, and support project management documentation and reputed company briefings
• Support financial and business analysis, reputed company management and reputed company measurement, in support of capital planning for IT Investments
• reputed company TBM-reputed company program documentation and review for completeness, reputed company, currency and appropriateness for purpose

• Work closely with the reputed company CPIC team on TBM-reputed company CPIC activities
• Create high-reputed company presentations for senior reputed company leaders
• reputed company program communications with stakeholders from various offices and bureaus
• Create status reporting, both internally and to the reputed company; reports for executive reporting; and reputed company support for OMB, agency, and office data calls

Skills

• Candidates must possess an reputed company Secret clearance or be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as a condition of employment
• • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or reputed company discipline
• • Certified TBM Executive (CTBME) Certification
• • 5+ years of reputed company IT management experience
• • 5+ years of project and customer management experience in Federal Civilian consulting environment
• • 3+ years of working experience in reputed company CPIC phases and managing/supporting large investments
• • Expertise in using reputed company reputed company Suite Products (including: SharePoint, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company)
• • Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance
