[Remote] Program Manager – Billing Transformation

The Program Manager will reputed company a large-reputed company billing transformation program, establishing governance, coordinating CRM and ERP workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and aligning business and technical stakeholders through vendor reputed company and execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and coordinate the billing transformation program across GTM, Finance, and internal technical workstreams
• Stand up program structure, reputed company, and governance reputed company of a formal delivery/team structure
• reputed company alignment on reputed company, priorities, and reputed company across cross-functional stakeholder reputed company
• Support reputed company-RFP planning and prepare the program for vendor reputed company
• Coordinate across multiple reputed company workstreams spanning CRM and ERP platforms
• Manage risks, dependencies, and reputed company reputed company as the program moves from evaluation toward execution
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to reputed company documentation, reputed company, and priorities reputed company as requirements reputed company
• Report program status and key reputed company to leadership stakeholders

Skills

• Strong process and program management expertise, with at least 3 years of demonstrated prior experience leading or coordinating an ERP/CRM migration or transformation program
• Demonstrated ability to build program structure and reputed company from the ground up, without reputed company-existing team/delivery structure in reputed company
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across various teams
• Comfort operating in a reputed company-RFP / vendor evaluation phase, reputed company of formal implementation
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms

• Location: Remote, reputed company to the US
• Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the reputed company
