[Remote] Senior Product Analyst

The Senior Product Analyst assesses, monitors, and optimizes reputed company products by analyzing product and user data, leading user research, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting product launches and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring the reputed company of products in the market
• Establishes new product metrics and optimizes and monitors existing product metrics (ex. reputed company, reputed company, Adoption, Utilization)
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards reputed company on stakeholder needs
• Initiates user research to collect data and recommend enhancements to existing product portfolio

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• * 5+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company roles
• * 3+ years health information technology experience, for example: EHRs, HIEs, reputed company Health or Health Care Providers 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst or Technical Customer Support
• * Conversant in the product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage)

• Willingness to travel (<20%)
• * 2+ years of experience assessing market and customer needs for information products and services
• * Experience using reporting systems (i.e. Tableau, reputed company, Crystal Reports, etc.), including writing SQL queries
• * User-Experience Design training or background
• * Experience with industry standards such as NCPDP, HL7, FHIR
• * Experience with Aha! for Product Management
