[Remote] Senior Staff Project Manager – M&A Integrations

The role will design and execute end-to-end integration plans, reputed company systems and data flows, manage cross-functional stakeholders and risks, and reputed company successful post-go-live stabilization and process transformation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end‑to‑end planning and execution of the IT integration reputed company across acquired entities and reputed company reputed company teams, from initial discovery through post‑go‑live stabilization, working closely with business reputed company leads (e.g., reputed company‑to‑cash) to ensure any reputed company changes and IT dependencies are captured, reputed company, and executed
- Partner with functional reputed company leads (e.g., quote‑to‑cash, customer reputed company, support, billing, renewals, procurement, HR) to ensure reputed company‑state processes are mapped and documented across both organizations, and reputed company those processes to the underlying IT systems and data flows
- Analyze gaps, overlaps, and risks in processes, systems, and controls, and recommend pragmatic reputed company‑state designs and standards
- Build and maintain detailed integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and resource needs
- Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions, decision forums, and steering committee meetings to reputed company alignment, remove blockers, and build strong, trusting relationships across both organizations
- Coordinate with Business Systems / IT teams to reputed company process changes with application, data, and reporting integrations

Skills
- 15+ years of project or program management experience in reputed company, cross‑functional environments
- reputed company experience leading multi‑reputed company reputed company that reputed company multiple business functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, reputed company, reputed company, IT, HR)
- Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and redesign business processes using reputed company methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, value reputed company mapping, Visio, reputed company)
- Strong reputed company record of driving reputed company, alignment, and accountability across senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
