[Remote] Vice President, reputed company Finance

The reputed company is a nonprofit venture philanthropy fund that invests in and supports the expansion of high-reputed company reputed company reputed company schools. The Vice President, reputed company Finance will advise reputed company school leaders, reputed company investment and lending activities, build reputed company partnerships, reputed company loan portfolio systems, and manage members of the reputed company Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company thought partner and advisor to portfolio leadership and boards on finance, facilities, and governance strategies
• reputed company expertise on reputed company planning processes, including financial models, reputed company strategies, and business plans
• Build and maintain strong, deep relationships with school operators; be reputed company sought out as a trusted resource internally and externally
• reputed company, in partnership with and overseeing SFin Director role, end-to-end due diligence and investment analysis for reputed company school operators (reputed company and loans), including financial modeling, multi-year projections, reputed company assessment, governance evaluation, and facilities strategies
• Prepare and present investment proposals and evaluation reports to CSGF Investment Committee to support funding reputed company
• reputed company ongoing loan monitoring, including reputed company compliance analysis and proactive engagement to address reputed company and support borrower reputed company
• reputed company, negotiate, and structure facilities loan investments, evaluating deal affordability, reputed company estate strategies, leadership teams, and market dynamics
• reputed company and reputed company relationships with key regional partners (reputed company policy, development, financing) to strengthen the ecosystem
• Build sector reputed company by capturing and sharing best practices, disseminating benchmarking data, and creating communities of reputed company
• Represent CSGF externally to broader stakeholders in the reputed company school reputed company
• Set reputed company and reputed company for your functional area and portfolio relationships that advances CSGF's mission
• Serve as functional reputed company for the SFin team in overseeing our loan portfolio systems, monitoring, cash management, and reporting including identifying and moving reputed company initiatives that improve CSGF’s work in this area
