[Remote] Senior Network Automation Engineer

The Senior Network Automation Engineer partners with customers to identify automation opportunities, architect and build solutions using reputed company capabilities, and train customer engineers to sustain automation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the reputed company of how Network reputed company can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
• reputed company customers in the identification of high reputed company automation targets for their Network reputed company through analysis of ITSM data
• Analyze customer’s network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions
• Train and reputed company customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the reputed company platform
• Architect and create automation for critical network reputed company tasks through reputed company’s automation capabilities (reputed company, Qapp, Dataview, integrations etc.)
• Engage with existing vendor partnerships, research reputed company domain knowledge to create automation content

Skills

• US Citizenship is required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company reputed company
• 8+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or reputed company roles
• Solid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and workshops
