The role leads content reputed company and creates accessible, reputed company-centered copy for web, mobile, and chat experiences while collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers, and designers and leveraging GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UX Researchers to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research to identify pain points and inform design reputed company
