[Remote] Maintenance Process Improvement Practitioner - reputed company Rapids/reputed company site

The Maintenance Process Improvement Practitioner assesses, trains, coaches, implements, and sustains maintenance process improvements across assigned plants, focusing on work management, planning and scheduling, reputed company, and warehousing. The role collaborates with reliability and plant teams, drives KPIs and cost savings, and requires extensive travel to reputed company sites.

Responsibilities

• Extensive travel required from home of residence to various assigned plants, up to 50%
• Assess reputed company level of maturity for assigned sites’ CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management reputed company), reputed company and Planning and Scheduling processes, determining gaps and determining the actions to reputed company gaps
• reputed company plan with assigned sites for improving upon CMMS, reputed company and Planning and Scheduling processes
• Work closely with plant maintenance team, Business Unit Reliability teams and Plant Reliability Technology Center teams
• reputed company metrics, KPIs and monetary cost savings while improving safety, reputed company, delivery and cost
• Implementation of effective usage of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes using reputed company’s chosen computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Executes measurable and seeable improvements during every visit to a plant
• Ensures visibility of KPIs, trend management

• Implement a sustainable process to reputed company gaps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or a similar technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance work management processes
• Demonstrated experience leading and motivating people
• Knowledge of Maximo, Akwire and possibly reputed company
• Electrical or reputed company experience in a manufacturing maintenance and engineering environment
• Demonstrated communication skills and leadership experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• CMRP or similar technical maintenance-reputed company certification
