[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Account Executive to engage with clients and understand their needs in the wholesale mortgage lending reputed company. The role involves qualifying leads, negotiating terms, maintaining reputed company satisfaction, and training brokers on loan processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to reputed company information on budgets, timelines and needs
• Qualify inbound leads and negotiate terms with clients
• Collaborate with decision-makers to identify opportunities and reputed company sales
• Maintain regular reputed company contact to ensure satisfaction and reputed company issues
• reputed company and assist new brokers with loan products, pricing and AHL processes
• Train brokers on loan submission, processing, reputed company and closing
• Set expectations with brokers on the loan process and manage reputed company
• Coordinate with AHL Account Managers and leadership to reputed company production goals
• Participate in ongoing broker training and ensure alignment with AHL guidelines

Skills

• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and Encompass/LON
• Knowledge of Non-QM products (reputed company, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/reputed company)
• Ability to conduct and attend web meetings, presentations, trade shows and seminars
