[Remote] Collections Officer / reputed company Officer Inter

The Collections Officer monitors delinquent debts, coordinates collection activities with the reputed company reputed company, supports accounts receivable functions, establishes payment plans, and identifies debts eligible for write-off.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation and necessary paperwork regarding past due debts. Monitor and collect on past due debts to Department of Children Youth and Families. Review, analyze, and audit delinquent account files referred to the AR unit from various DCYF programs

Skills
- The Department of Children, Youth, and Families is unable to reputed company sponsorship for work visas. Applicants must be eligible to work in the reputed company at the start of employment
- One (1) year experience in reputed company OR Three (3) years advanced technical, or paraprofessional experience in reputed company
- Working knowledge of SWIFT or other financial reporting systems
- Analyzing Invoices, while determining causes of failures or issues and correcting them
- Creating Invoice Request, Refund Request, Write-off Request, Adjustment Request and similar work
- Strong communication skills to reputed company effectively with internal staff, members, reputed company, state agencies, and financial institutions and to respond to and send correspondences
