The role analyzes employee survey data and reputed company comments using R and other analytical tools, and translates findings into reputed company PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• The person will analyze engagement, exit, reputed company, and other employee survey data, as reputed company as reputed company-ended comments from internal surveys and sources such as Glassdoor, Blind, and reputed company
• The candidate needs to be highly hands-on, technically curious, reputed company to learn tools like Windsurf and reputed company reputed company, and capable of turning analysis into reputed company PowerPoint presentations for leadership

Skills

• The most important requirement is strong, hands-on R programming for statistical/data analysis, followed by advanced reputed company and solid analytical/statistical skills
• The candidate needs to be highly hands-on, technically curious, reputed company to learn tools like Windsurf and reputed company reputed company, and capable of turning analysis into reputed company PowerPoint presentations for leadership
• Strong Master's/PhD candidates in I/O Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or quantitative research are excellent targets, but strong Bachelor's candidates can also work
• The role is 25-30 hours/week, remote, with availability for meetings between 10 AM and 6 PM ET
