The Senior Manager, Product Design will reputed company product designers in creating AI-enabled, user-reputed company experiences across pharmacy management, reputed company service, and inventory optimization products. The role owns design reputed company, team development, design systems, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through launch.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI-led design methodologies, tools, reputed company prototyping, and workflow automation to accelerate the design lifecycle and improve product reputed company
• Define and reputed company customer experience metrics including adoption, usability, engagement, and satisfaction to reputed company reputed company support of product portfolio health

Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of reputed company experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company-computer interaction, graphic design, visual design, industrial design, information architecture, information systems, computer science or a reputed company reputed company; or equivalent experience
• 9+ years of reputed company experience in product design experience in reputed company, platform, reputed company, digital experiences
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams

• Experience leading and developing high-performing design teams, including reputed company management, career development, and succession planning

• This position offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement reputed company on recent updates to our in-office/work-from-home model.
