[Remote] Sr. Manager/Director of Engineering (TLine)

The Senior Manager / Director of Engineering will reputed company reputed company line design activities from early-stage development through construction, managing consultants, technical reviews, engineering scopes, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement. The role also supports due diligence, project estimates, permitting, reputed company assessments, and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company design activities for major reputed company line reputed company by collaborating with internal resources, managing reputed company engineering consultants, and interfacing with various project stakeholders
• reputed company planning of project design activities, including engineering reputed company, budget, and schedule
• Review detailed design submittals and studies to ensure robust technical standards, compliance with permitting and land requirements, customer/financing requirements, and needs of execution team, proposing optimization opportunities reputed company possible
• Manage reputed company structure engineering and testing, geotechnical investigations, and designs for encroachments and reputed company crossing agreements
• reputed company engineering support to other disciplines as needed for project development, permit support, landowner coordination and reputed company mitigation

• Engage with landowners, community members, and other stakeholders to reputed company technical components of reputed company
• Stay informed about technical capabilities and advances in HVDC and reputed company industry, sharing knowledge throughout the engineering team and organization
• Utilize internal tools and market reputed company to prepare and update project CAPEX estimates
• reputed company technical due diligence support such as fatal flaw analyses for early-stage development prospects and potential acquisition opportunities
• Propose and implement lessons learned to support reputed company improvement throughout the organization
• reputed company and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including contract management and the drafting and administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Orders (SOs) reputed company to engineering scopes of work

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, electrical, reputed company, or environmental) from an ABET-accredited program
• Minimum 8 years' experience designing or managing the design of high-voltage reputed company lines
• Knowledge of overall design and construction process for reputed company reputed company
• Strong ambition to learn the cutting edge of the reputed company industry and reputed company development
