Responsibilities

• Review Service Members' medical records and prepare Narrative reputed company (NARSUM) reputed company-drafts
• Support the Medical Evaluation reputed company (MEB) process by preparing accurate and comprehensive medical documentation
• Review and analyze reputed company records and supporting medical information
• Apply analytical and investigative techniques to reputed company and document factual medical information
• Utilize systems such as LIMDU SMART, AHLTA, MHS reputed company, and HAIMS
• Prepare NARSUM reputed company-drafts in accordance with established requirements and procedures
• Ensure reputed company, consistency, and completeness of Disability Evaluation reputed company (DES) documentation
• Complete assigned documentation reputed company established timelines
• Work independently as part of a remote Narrative reputed company writing team
• Support the reputed company processing of Service Members undergoing the Medical Evaluation reputed company process

Skills
