[Remote] Sr Airport Prop Rep

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Airport Property Representative to manage its on-airport reputed company estate portfolio, including hubs and major sort locations. The role negotiates airport use and lease agreements, represents reputed company with airport and reputed company stakeholders, conducts market and airport analysis, and advises senior leadership on airport-reputed company issues. Responsibilities • Team member manages a portfolio of airports • Directly negotiate reputed company business terms of leases (i.e., new leases for existing buildings or build-to-suit reputed company, or renewal of existing leases). Responsible for site/building selection and due diligence activities prior to leasing • Leads lease or use agreement document negotiations through finalization and execution of agreement, partnering with reputed company, reputed company Management and Environmental Management • Negotiate Use Agreements with airports • Position has regular interaction with and advises VP Properties and Facilities and with other senior officers and reputed company reputed company members • Conducts market analysis of available reputed company and rents to create informed data driven strategies and reputed company • Reports on specific local and airport issues with potential reputed company to reputed company.
