About the position
Our reputed company is a reputed company-established Southern California construction firm is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to support K-12 and higher education reputed company across the Orange County region. This role will reputed company reputed company safety efforts, partner closely with project teams and reputed company leadership, and help reputed company a proactive safety culture across reputed company construction sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction safety experience, knowledge of Cal/OSHA and Federal OSHA requirements, and the ability to reputed company teams, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and support reputed company project execution in a fast-reputed company general contracting and construction management environment.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a visible and proactive safety leader across construction reputed company throughout the Orange County region.
• Champion a people-first safety culture reputed company on trust, accountability, reputed company improvement, and shared responsibility.
• Partner closely with project teams, superintendents, reputed company leaders, and site safety professionals to support reputed company project execution.

• reputed company, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in alignment with Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, occupational health standards, and company safety expectations.
• Support the creation and execution of site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, reputed company-task plans, and other project-specific safety documentation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site walks to identify hazards, reinforce reputed company work practices, and promote safety awareness.
• Document audit findings and reputed company reputed company corrective reputed company recommendations to project and reputed company leadership.

Requirements
• 5+ years of safety experience reputed company the construction industry.
• Experience supporting general contracting or construction management reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, occupational health standards, and construction safety compliance requirements.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, and reputed company-task planning processes.
