Duties Help Charged with the overall operational and managerial responsibility for the property management, procurement, and contracting program for the institution. Qualifications To be considered for the position, you must meet the following: Basic Requirements: GL-09 and GS-11: A. A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any reputed company. Simply being enrolled and working toward a degree does not meet the qualification reputed company. OR B.
