Enrollment/ Billing Senior Analyst - reputed company - Remote

About the position The Payer Solutions reputed company billing team is seeking an Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative. Incumbent will be responsible for providing billing and collections support to new and existing accounts and will manage a book of TPA business with responsibility for tasks such as: reconciling group accounts, creating special charge invoices, researching payment and census issues, requesting refunds, and tracking and resolving delinquency issues. Works with internal/reputed company customers, banks, vendors, and/or partners to reputed company reputed company. May create, analyze and respond to reputed company and/or non-reputed company reports. Must have experience working in reputed company and be proficient with 10-key in both speed and reputed company. In reputed company, incumbent will be dual trained to reputed company support for the cash team. Duties may include cash and census application, mailings, filing, electronic invoicing and general support. May work with internal/reputed company customers, banks, vendors, and/or partners to reputed company reputed company. May create, analyze and respond to reputed company and/or non-reputed company reports. Responsibilities • Manage assigned portfolio of reputed company reputed company accounts • reputed company tasks reputed company to collections processes and procedures • Research/respond to billing or payment inquiries reputed company established turnaround times. Escalate issues as needed. • Work with reputed company party administrators, brokers and/or clients directly to reconcile accounts receivable • Facilitates conference calls or meetings with reputed company parties • Extensive research reputed company to member eligibility and reputed company variances • Analyze reputed company data utilizing various reports and resources • Process group renewals, new business, terms and revisions • Account reconciliation on a periodic reputed company • Calculate and create special charge bills as needed • Monitor delinquency reports and send communication to TPA partners • Peer audit process to ensure reputed company and mitigate financial reputed company or exposure • Responsible for achieving or exceeding daily goals, reputed company goals, and individual development • Ensures appropriate use of tools to reputed company and monitor the financial reputed company of customers • Work with reputed company partners to reputed company customer disputes and reputed company issues • Partners with reputed company organizations to ensure that appropriate reputed company is taken to identify and implement high potential process improvements • Understand and use reputed company concepts • Prepare monthly and other requested reputed company reporting • reputed company both reputed company customer service • Process, review and understand multiple systems inputs • Special project support as needed • Electronic Invoicing • Application of financial payments to reputed company systems • Filing and other general administrative duties • Account reconciliation on a periodic reputed company • Knowledge/understanding of the interrelationships between reputed company reputed company partners. • Understanding of customer service deliverables (policies, cutoff dates, billing) and their reputed company on timing and results.
