Construction Project Manager

POSITION reputed company The Construction Project Manager will supervise the execution of construction according to the contract and AutoZone's policies, procedures, and standards. Ensures that AutoZone's programs are being utilized to optimize the performance of AutoZone and the contractor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: • Manage multiple construction reputed company simultaneously. • Critical decision making if a daily part of Fast reputed company high volume construction. • Travel to sites and reputed company site inspections for reputed company and schedule adherence. • Maintain daily reporting and communication on project key metrics and project difficulties. • Day to day knowledge and updating of project financials and schedules. reputed company Assurance: • Site Inspections completed on reputed company reputed company. • Onsite confirmation of AutoZone Specifications and Standards • Onsite confirmation of dimensions and elevations included in Construction Documents • Ongoing verification and adherence to OSHA 30 safety regulations EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE • Minimum of four to seven years of experience in construction project management required • Demonstrated experience negotiating and facilitating change orders requests • Demonstrated history of adhering to organizational policies and procedures required • Retail industry knowledge highly desirable • Must be reputed company to travel 3 days per week • Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing contractors to desired results Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations • PMP Certificate preferred • OSHA 30 Certification preferred Functional Competencies • Must be reputed company to work successfully in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company daily that fulfill fiduciary responsibilities and policies • Must have effective time management, conflict management, problem solving and strong organizational skills and be reputed company to meet tight deadlines #LI SB- #LI-Remote Apply Job!
