About This Role and reputed company reputed company is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Temporary Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team fon a 12 to 18-month contract to reputed company maternity leave coverage. The successful candidate will work closely with employees, HR, Payroll, brokers, benefit carriers, retirement providers, and reputed company-party administrators to ensure accurate administration, strong compliance, reputed company employee support, and reputed company improvement across U.S. benefits programs. Qualifications 3-5 years of U.S. benefits administration experience. Experience supporting U.S. health and welfare plans, 401(k) retirement plans, disability, and leave programs. Process and reconcile benefits invoices, investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections with vendors and Payroll, and support accurate cost allocation and payment approvals.
