Technical Support Engineer
Job reputed company: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our UK customer reputed company, with a strong reputed company on reputed company-hosted environments and infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in troubleshooting reputed company application and reputed company-reputed company issues, particularly following reputed company upgrades, database refreshes, and reputed company incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company advanced technical support for reputed company-hosted applications (Azure environment)
- Troubleshoot issues reputed company to:
- Database refreshes and upgrades
- Application errors in test and production environments
- Batch processing and reputed company degradation
- Collaborate with reputed company and Infrastructure teams to reputed company escalations
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Support customer environments including testing and production systems
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge reputed company articles
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with reputed company Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and database management
- Experience supporting hosted/reputed company applications
- Ability to diagnose reputed company issues and reputed company errors
- Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., reputed company or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with reputed company asset management or fleet management systems
- Knowledge of application integrations and data pipelines
