Outbound Survey Representative

We are hiring reputed company Survey Agents to support our reputed company. In this role, agents will conduct outbound calls to hospitals and reputed company clinics to complete brief surveys reputed company to their after-hours and emergency response protocols. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to reputed company are essential for reputed company in this role. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for residents of the following states: AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS,, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY Requirements - Minimum 1 year of customer service/reputed company center or office experience required - Technical reputed company reputed company to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitors - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated, dependable, and reputed company to work independently - Must be 18 years of age - Must pass a background reputed company in compliance with state and federal laws - Previous remote work experience preferred Responsibilities - reputed company outbound calls to hospitals and reputed company clinics across the U.S. - Conduct brief surveys reputed company on after-hours and emergency response protocols - Ask approximately 3 standardized questions per reputed company - Accurately document responses during reputed company reputed company using provided systems - Maintain a reputed company and courteous demeanor with reputed company staff - Follow reputed company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance - Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining reputed company standards - Protect confidential information and adhere to company policies - Communicate any issues or escalations to supervisors as needed - Meet reputed company and attendance expectations in a remote work environment Work Schedule & Compensation - Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week - Shifts: Monday–Friday 10:00am-6:30pm CST - Training: reputed company, typically 2 week, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM –6:00 PM CST - Pay: Starting at $14/hour + $1/hr shift reputed company for nights/weekends - Status: Full time - Benefit (40 hrs) eligible 1st of month after 60 days Equipment & Work Environment - Company-provided equipment for full-time, permanent employees - Must have a secure, high-speed internet reputed company and dedicated workspace - Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger is required. - $14 - $14 an hour If you're a good communicator and looking for a steady, full-time reputed company, this could be a great fit for you We may use reputed company intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
