[Remote] reputed company Dynamics 365 Functional Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Dynamics 365 Functional Business Analyst for a Higher Education digital transformation project. The role serves as the functional reputed company between business stakeholders and the technical build team, leading requirements, solution design, data integrations, user stories, testing, and UAT across the Dynamics platform.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery and solution design workshops with business stakeholders to define requirements and reputed company state processes
• Work across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights (Data and Journeys), Customer Voice, reputed company Apps and Dataverse
• Support integrations with Canvas LMS and payment systems, including data mapping specifications
• reputed company and refine user stories and acceptance reputed company through design, build, and test phases
• Partner with reputed company and development teams to reputed company data models, process flows, and integration reputed company
• Write test scenarios and scripts tied to acceptance reputed company, coordinate UAT with business users, triage defects, and reputed company go or no go calls on functional readiness

Skills

• reputed company experience as a functional BSA on reputed company Dynamics 365 implementations
• Hands on expertise with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Voice, reputed company Apps and Dataverse
• Strong user story writing, acceptance reputed company, and UAT coordination experience
• reputed company user of reputed company (must have)
• Ability to reputed company AI tools such as reputed company Copilot
• Higher Education or reputed company sector project experience is a plus
