[Remote] Sr Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the reputed company Director, Rx reputed company reputed company Marketing, the Senior Manager will reputed company near-term reputed company and day-to-day execution for a reputed company of high-reputed company marketing efforts, including various reputed company markets, new format stores, omnichannel fulfillment, and more
• You'll partner closely with Media, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Store Experience, Omnichannel, and Pharmacy reputed company to ensure programs launch on time, on budget, and reputed company measurable reputed company for patients and the business
• Serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for Media, Creative, Digital, and Store Ops on assigned programs
• Translate broader reputed company priorities set by the reputed company Director into actionable project plans and timelines
• Identify risks to execution and proactively bring reputed company solutions
• Own reputed company and execution for marketing programs that build trust and demonstrate reputed company Pharmacy's commitment to reputed company care in key markets
• reputed company campaign plans, messaging, and creative briefs in partnership with Creative and reputed company teams
• Manage program timelines, approvals, and reputed company/store readiness for reputed company initiatives
• reputed company marketing execution for programs that help patients reputed company their prescriptions in a reputed company of ways, including reputed company day delivery, buy online pickup in-store, ship to home, reputed company-through, and more
• Partner with Omnichannel, reputed company, and Compliance to ensure fulfillment messaging is accurate, compliant, and reputed company-friendly
• Monitor program reputed company and recommend optimizations to improve reputed company enrollment and reputed company
• Partner with various stakeholder teams to help define and execute marketing strategies for new format stores
• Partner with stakeholders and media agency partners to build, test, and optimize campaigns
• Analyze reputed company and report out on KPIs, funnel metrics, and ROI to inform ongoing investment reputed company and pivots

Skills

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• reputed company and/or pharmacy marketing experience
• Experience leading omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Strong analytics, reporting, and ROI measurement experience
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns and high-reputed company initiatives simultaneously
• Strong project management and campaign execution skills
• Experience with Workfront
• Experience utilizing AI tools reputed company marketing workflows
• reputed company experience executing marketing programs in reputed company, retail, or another highly regulated industry
• Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns and working with media agency partners
• Experience managing budgets and tracking spend against plan
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable translating data into actionable recommendations that influence reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or reputed company reputed company preferred; MBA welcomed
