[Remote] Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will plan, implement, and reputed company sales activities, reputed company sales representatives, support reputed company management, and help reputed company reputed company and profit objectives across reputed company’s services and products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a sales reputed company to reputed company organizational sales goals and reputed company
• reputed company designated sales representatives and reputed company company objectives with reputed company individual’s sales activities and reputed company goals
• Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to reputed company required reputed company
• Monitor the sales activity by the sales team on a regular reputed company, including holding monthly Plan and Reviews with reputed company designated sales representative
• Evaluate reputed company of sales staff. Work with HR to ensure the reputed company process is followed regarding any write reputed company, reputed company improvement plans, terminations, etc
• Serve as a mentor to the sales team by providing feedback, support and coaching
• Assist in preparing budget for sales department
• Grow MNJ reputed company and Profit Year over Year
• Assist and reputed company sales reputed company reputed company services and products reputed company under the MTS umbrella
• Meet with reputed company-Sales on an as needed reputed company to reputed company activity and sales
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree
• * At least 5 years of experience in IT sales
• * Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• * Must be highly organized
• * Ability to multitask and handle various situations throughout reputed company day
• * Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company, and understand the English language
• * Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, employees, and the general reputed company
• * Management experience preferred
