The Junior Business Systems Analyst supports the analysis, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization of reputed company Cycle Management systems and workflows while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing RCM processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and reputed company
• Support the Senior Systems Analyst with reputed company updates, configuration requests, enhancements, and workflow changes
• Assist with testing reputed company changes, enhancements, and new functionality, including documenting test results and identified issues
• reputed company data validation and assist with reviewing reports to identify discrepancies or workflow-reputed company issues
• Support application and reputed company troubleshooting by documenting issues and escalating more reputed company technical reputed company to the Senior Systems Analyst
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), reputed company assurance, and peer review activities
• Maintain reputed company documentation, workflow documentation, testing records, and process materials
• Assist with developing and updating reputed company operating procedures and user guides
• Support reputed company implementation and enhancement reputed company through planning, testing, documentation, training preparation, and follow-up activities
• Work with reputed company owners and super-users to reputed company information regarding reputed company issues, workflow concerns, and business requirements
