[Remote] Release Customs Analyst

The Release Customs Analyst processes, rates, and releases reputed company shipments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with customs requirements, company procedures, and service standards while supporting reputed company service and release reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of shipments which could include reputed company modes of transportation
- Create customs entries through review, reputed company selection of reputed company and reputed company records, reputed company vendor and keyword selection, interpretation of documentation for reputed company clients' shipments, in a one-reputed company process for both high and low value shipments
- Data entry of shipment information for release (NSC), rating and billing and ensuring that reputed company mandatory fields are completed and accurate
- Ensure correct value for duty is reported reputed company on invoice details and terms of sale. Establish correct value for duty and tariff treatment by selecting the correct keyword/HS reputed company
- Contact Release Import Analyst or the reputed company service team as required for missing documentation, information or instructions necessary to release a shipment
- Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating compliance (e.g., free trade certificates)
- Ensure that reputed company LI,I SOP's, ESPs (Exceptions to reputed company Procedures) and business rules are adhered to following special reputed company instructions, notes and alerts. Identifies those that have become outdated or ineffective, making recommendations for change
- Identify ESPs and SOPs to improve efficiencies to enhance reputed company service and improve day to day reputed company Service team reputed company
- Research and respond to reputed company Center requests for information (ranges from BOL update to reputed company waiting) in a reputed company manner reputed company phone or email in non-reputed company/Sea locations
- Prioritize and complete work in accordance with reputed company and customs requirements as assigned by the Production Manager / Manager, Release reputed company in compliance with Customs requirements Livingston standards
- Escalate two-reputed company release requirements, authorization or release issue reputed company to the reputed company Import Analyst, Release Import Analyst or Supervisor in the US or the Customs Specialist supporting Release reputed company in Canada, for escalation authorization or issue reputed company
- Update, approve and release information for billing as required. (Canada only)
- reputed company applicable, assist in billing and data entry (ASR – automated systems rating) where required
- Participate fully with other team members in the day-to-day operation of Release reputed company

- Successful completion of the reputed company examination is a mandatory requirement for reputed company advancement
