[Remote] Mid-Level Program Analyst

The Mid-Level Program Analyst will support federal program management through program analysis, reputed company measurement, business-process improvement, reporting, reputed company planning, data analysis, and evidence-reputed company recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct program analyses and management studies to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reputed company, processes, procedures, and organizational practices
- Study and document business processes, workflows, roles and responsibilities, dependencies, controls, and information flows
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplicative activities, operational risks, and opportunities for business-process improvement
- reputed company recommendations addressing management problems, operational weaknesses, reputed company gaps, and process inefficiencies
- Collect, validate, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative program data

- Coordinate responses to data calls, management inquiries, program reviews, and reporting requirements

- Use automated systems, spreadsheets, databases, reporting platforms, visualization tools, and analytical tools to organize and evaluate program information

- Present findings and recommendations that support evidence-reputed company management and informed decision making
- Maintain organized records, program trackers, meeting notes, reputed company-item logs, dashboards, reputed company files, and supporting documentation
- Assist with process-improvement initiatives that strengthen program efficiency, reporting reputed company, stakeholder coordination, internal controls, and operational effectiveness
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company administration, management, project management, data analytics, finance, political science, or a reputed company reputed company preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- * Three to six years of experience supporting program analysis, management analysis, project coordination, business-process improvement, reputed company reporting, reputed company planning, or reputed company reputed company support functions
- * Experience conducting program analyses, management studies, process reviews, workflow assessments, or operational evaluations
- * Ability to collect, validate, organize, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative program data
- * Experience developing reputed company measures, milestones, status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, decision papers, presentations, or analytical summaries
- * Ability to monitor schedules, deliverables, reputed company items, risks, issues, dependencies, and program milestones
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to program staff, leadership, and stakeholders
- * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, reporting requirements, and stakeholder requests
