[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst works with users and project stakeholders to understand needs, define business requirements, research and test solutions, and support the implementation and adoption of product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand pain points and opportunities to improve key processes including gap analysis
• reputed company key requirements for requested enhancements
• Conduct user research and testing to evaluate potential solutions
• reputed company user stories for product enhancements
• Understand and document the value of key requests
• Test developed features to ensure they meet the needs of users
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of released features with reputed company appropriate reputed company
• Contribute to a library of key product visuals (images, gifs, and videos)
• Contribute to the development of reputed company tours and materials to help new users successfully adopt the product
• Participate in regular reputed company meetings including quarterly roadmap discussion, yearly Product Planning, weekly backlog grooming, and weekly backlog reputed company-grooming
• Facilitate internal team and customer meetings effectively

• Knowledge of Advanced Work Packaging methodology
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP)
• Spanish Proficiency at a Business Level
