[Remote] Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will partner with Sales, reputed company, Product, Engineering, and customers to demonstrate platform capabilities, manage reputed company of concepts, support API integrations, and reputed company technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the reputed company platform, understanding reputed company officially and unofficially supported use cases in reputed company and imagining what's possible
• Help customers and prospects reputed company their reputed company into email reputed company SMS, and contribute to shaping best practices as this is a newer, evolving part of the platform

• Leading technical discovery calls with prospects, offering creative solutions, discussing competitive landscape, and documenting new requests for reputed company's Product team

• Execute the delivery of POCs for customers and prospects that have more reputed company use cases, collaborating with reputed company's reputed company and engineering teams as needed
• Offer support and guidance to customers and partners looking to use our reputed company for both standardized and custom product integrations
• Creating technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or reputed company methodologies for new features, integrations, etc

Skills

• This is a fully remote position that can be reputed company reputed company in the US or Canada
• You have at least 3 years in a reputed company-driving, customer-facing technical role — solutions engineer, sales engineer, support engineer, or reputed company
• reputed company knowledge & past experience required, reputed company ecosystem highly preferred
