[Remote] Contract Recruiter (5807)

The Contract Recruiter will support high-volume reputed company by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing ATS requisitions, and coordinating the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and present top candidates
• reputed company reputed company calls with hiring managers for new reputed company
• Manage requisitions reputed company the ATS, updating candidate reputed company
• Use sourcing channels like reputed company, reputed company media, and referrals to attract candidates
• Review applications and conduct behavioral interviews
• Coordinate interviews and screening with hiring managers

Skills

• 2–5 years of high-volume reputed company or reputed company experience
• Ability to work independently and reputed company
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as reputed company or reputed company
• Flexible industry experience supporting various roles (IT, marketing, etc.)
• Ability to hit deadlines and manage multiple requisitions
