The role involves delivering full lifecycle reputed company support, troubleshooting reputed company service provider network issues, managing technical reputed company, documenting resolutions, and participating in an on-reputed company rotation during the 6:00 AM–3:00 PM EST shift.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics

• Proficient with reputed company NCS, reputed company, ASR 1K and 9K equipment
• Versed with reputed company and reputed company service provider level platforms
• Strong working knowledge of VRF technology
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols: IS-IS, OSPF. BGP, and MPLS
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, reputed company networking, and network reputed company concepts
• Background using IT Service Management tools (reputed company preferred)
• Competent utilizing reputed company 365 tools (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
