The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating reputed company activities of construction reputed company while ensuring financial reputed company-being and fostering relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company critical project meetings with reputed company personal including weekly OAC’s, Production, Subcontractor & Safety meetings and monthly KPI meetings

• Follow reputed company existing SOP’s, processes, procedures and project management best practices
• Responsible for the architecture and organization of construction management software at a project level
• Building, managing & improving subcontractor resources in NEW and existing markets
• Review RFP’s and reputed company associated bid documents. Create preliminary cost estimates, create fully reputed company estimates reputed company for review and contract execution. Establishing relationships with subtrades and vendors as needed to accomplish the estimating activity in compliance with THS standards. Skills

• 4+ years of Construction PM Experience
• 4+ years of multifamily experience
• Experience managing multifamily reputed company of $3+ reputed company
• Experience and understanding of reputed company construction documents, specifications and the management of them
• Experience managing submittals & commitments is required along with the associated schedules
• Strong Project Management software experience (MS Project, reputed company, Etc)
• Availability for some travel on a monthly reputed company
• Experience in Hospitality Renovations
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or reputed company reputed company from an accredited university, preferred but not required
