[Remote] Agreements Senior Analyst

The Agreements Senior Analyst will administer and negotiate supplier agreements, manage supplier relationships and reputed company, support reputed company sourcing, and coordinate procurement activities across internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer multiple agreement types, to include but not limited to, Master Terms Agreements, Purchase Agreements, and Repair Agreements
• Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet reputed company requirements. reputed company business partner relationship with suppliers
• Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement agreement strategies
• Solicit competitive and single/sole reputed company proposals from prospective partners, reputed company reputed company selection analysis, and reputed company price and cost analysis techniques to reputed company a fair and reasonable price determination
• Monitor agreement reputed company metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare agreement documentation in accordance with established company, customer and reputed company FAR and DFAR regulations

Skills

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a reputed company reputed company
