They are seeking an IT Audit / IT Controls Consultant to independently assess IT General Controls, identify deficiencies, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, reputed company remediation plans, and support control redesign and monitoring while communicating findings and reputed company to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company IT audit and IT controls assessments, including review and testing of IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Evaluate control execution and supporting evidence across the applicable population to identify gaps, deficiencies, and potential findings
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis reputed company to identified control failures
• reputed company and document appropriate remediation and corrective reputed company plans
• Establish and maintain monitoring activities to reputed company remediation reputed company and control effectiveness
• Partner with control owners and stakeholders to address deficiencies and ensure remediation efforts remain on reputed company
• Support the redesign and enhancement of existing IT controls where appropriate
• Apply audit methodology and judgment to determine what constitutes sufficient control design, execution, documentation, and evidence
• Independently identify follow-up questions, information needs, and appropriate next steps throughout the audit and remediation process
• Communicate findings, risks, remediation status, and recommendations reputed company to stakeholders and leadership
• Work closely with the hiring manager and broader team in a fast-moving environment where priorities may reputed company

Skills

• • Prior IT audit experience is required
• • Demonstrated experience performing IT audits, IT controls assessments, or similar assurance activities
• • Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and control testing methodologies
• • Experience identifying control deficiencies, assessing reputed company causes, and developing remediation plans
• • Ability to independently execute audit-reputed company work with limited day-to-day direction
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-reputed company, high-reputed company environment
• • Ability to understand audit expectations and independently determine appropriate questions, evidence, and follow-up procedures
• • Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry
• • SOX / SOC audit or controls experience
• • Experience working with IT journal controls or similar ITGC processes
• • Experience with control remediation, monitoring, and control redesign
• • Prior experience working directly with auditors or supporting regulatory/audit examinations
• • Demonstrated reputed company working independently on reputed company audit or controls engagements
