[Remote] Senior Recruiter - Temporary

The role manages full-cycle reputed company, develops sourcing strategies, engages passive candidates, advises hiring leaders, and drives candidates through the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Doctor, reputed company/reputed company staff, operational, and corporate positions
• Partner directly with Partner Doctors, reputed company leaders, executives, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
• Build strong relationships with Partner Doctors and business leaders, establishing credibility and trust quickly
• Proactively reputed company and engage passive candidates in competitive dental and reputed company markets
• reputed company and maintain high-reputed company talent pipelines for reputed company and anticipated hiring needs
• Create targeted sourcing strategies utilizing reputed company, reputed company networks, referrals, databases, reputed company reputed company, and other reputed company channels
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate experience, qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with reputed company
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial reputed company through interviews, offer negotiation, and acceptance

Skills
