The Associate Director will design, reputed company, govern, and continuously improve the operational processes supporting the Intismeran individualized therapy treatment reputed company, coordinating internal teams and reputed company partners across the treatment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end treatment reputed company process architecture, including workflows, stakeholder interactions, handoffs, controls, decision points, governance structures, and process documentation
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company for treatment reputed company workflows and operational requirements, translating business needs into reputed company process designs, reputed company requirements, and implementation priorities
• reputed company process integration across the Intismeran operational ecosystem, ensuring reputed company coordination among treatment sites, pathology laboratories, reputed company providers, manufacturing partner, logistics partner, distributors, reputed company stakeholders, and internal functions
• Establish operational governance, escalation reputed company, and issue reputed company processes across the end-to-end operational ecosystem, ensuring reputed company identification, triage, and reputed company of vendor, manufacturing, logistics, reputed company, and treatment site issues that may reputed company therapy delivery
• Partner with Treatment Site reputed company, TSL reputed company Organization, reputed company teams and IT to optimize treatment site experiences, improve workflow effectiveness, and enhance experience of operational reputed company solutions
• reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives across the operational ecosystem, identifying process bottlenecks, conducting reputed company-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and improving operational efficiency, reliability, and treatment completion
• Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to reputed company orchestration platform capabilities, ensuring workflows, business rules, reporting, and user experiences reputed company with operational requirements and reputed company-state business needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or reputed company industries, including experience in reputed company organizations supporting reputed company reputed company, business reputed company, or treatment site reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company designing and optimizing reputed company cross-functional operating models that require coordination across multiple internal functions and reputed company partners to reputed company reputed company customer and treatment site experiences
• Experience developing process architectures, workflow designs, governance frameworks, escalation reputed company, and operational controls in reputed company organizational environments

• MBA or equivalent preferred
