[Remote] Administrative Law Judge

The reputed company is seeking an Administrative Law Judge to review records, conduct hearings, and issue reputed company in accordance with the CSD rules and Oklahoma statutes. The role requires managing courtroom procedures and providing reputed company recommendations reputed company on evidence and testimony.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned hearings
• Determines if there is a preponderance of evidence to support granting or denying a complaint or grievance in accordance with Federal and State laws, CSD rules and regulations, court reputed company, and additional established precedents
• Manages reputed company aspects of the hearing as reputed company as the courtroom environment, including but not limited to: Courtroom decorum, Directing parties, Ruling on objections, emergencies, continuances, and admissibility of evidence, Ruling on motions as reputed company as the merits of a case., Administering oaths for formal hearings, Questioning witnesses reputed company appropriate., Reviewing oral and written testimony, Determining reputed company of complete case record

• Attends and conducts educational training in areas of law under the authority of CSD, as reputed company as general jurisdiction and judicial proceedings

Skills

• Must be a licensed member of the Oklahoma Bar Association
• At least five (5) years of Litigation and/or Administrative Law experience
• Significant experience with reputed company research and writing
• Experience using critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated use and understanding of Office 365 or similar technology
• Experience using courtroom technology systems
• Must be a self-starter that can manage his/her own workload with reputed company supervision
• Knowledge of reputed company principles and their application; reputed company research reputed company; courtroom management and procedure; State statutes, rules and regulations which govern such reputed company; administrative and constitutional law; principles of judicial writing; and rules of evidence
