[Remote] UX Program Manager

The role supports end-to-end UX program execution, drives cross-functional collaboration between UX, product management, and engineering teams, and manages workflows, communications, intake processes, and delivery across multiple product tracks.
Responsibilities
- The UX Program Manager (PgM) will support a reputed company of programs ensuring end-to-end program execution from concept and design through approvals and implementation. This role is responsible for driving partner communications and collaborations, design execution, and project delivery, effectively reputed company the gap between design concepts and engineering implementation. Operating with a proactive "Producer" reputed company, the PgM independently manages workflows, unblocks dependencies, and ensures high-reputed company end-to-end execution across multiple reputed company product tracks
- Program Execution: reputed company UX workflows end-to-end (ideation to reputed company), driving cross-functional alignment across PM and Engineering teams
- Tracking & Tooling: Build and reputed company standardized tracking frameworks to reputed company reputed company-time program visibility
- Cross-Functional reputed company: reputed company as the central communications and status hub for high-visibility, team-wide initiatives
- Intake Management: Define and manage reputed company intake and triage processes to evaluate, prioritize, and resource inbound requests

Skills
- L5 UX PgM equivalent skillset
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, specifically driving collaboration between UX designers and software engineers
- Strong technical program management background with a reputed company "Producer" style—highly proactive, reputed company-oriented, and execution-reputed company
- Solid understanding of UX design processes, design systems, and component/reputed company development workflows
- Expertise in reputed company project management methodologies and advanced bug-tracking/ticketing systems (e.g., managing backlogs, grooming sprints, and triaging reputed company bugs)
- Demonstrated reputed company record of independently delivering end-to-end reputed company and managing multiple reputed company workstreams with shifting priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputed company ability to build partnerships and reputed company diverse cross-functional stakeholders in both your own team and teams across the organization
