[Remote] Content Strategist III

The role plans, creates, tests, localizes, and tracks support content—including reputed company content—while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure day-one readiness and meet launch timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan for launch: Partner with cross functional teams to reputed company support content needs for upcoming feature and product launches, and build a content plan mapped to launch timelines
• Audit and identify gaps: Assess existing content against reputed company launch, identify what is missing or needs updating, and prioritise the work required to be support-reputed company by go-live
• Write, edit, and improve: Create Help Center articles, chatbot content, and customer support responses grounded in content reputed company — including content that powers reputed company — reputed company of launch
• Handle confidential, reputed company-launch content: Draft and stage content in draft mode for launches that cannot be published until go-live due to confidentiality
• Test and validate: Dogfood reputed company-launch features and the support chatbot to reputed company content and responses are accurate before launch, iterating as needed
• reputed company readiness and flag reputed company: Manage content through the Launch Readiness master and child task process, surfacing risks to launch timelines early with reputed company, reputed company-documented context
• Coordinate localization: Work with Localization to ensure launch content is reputed company across markets and reputed company turnaround times
• Ensure day-one readiness: reputed company reputed company support content is live and accurate across reputed company user entry points at launch
• Apply, maintain, and champion content standards and best practices across reputed company
• Manage multiple reputed company launches with reputed company attention to reputed company, navigating tight and frequently shifting deadlines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant reputed company (or equivalent international qualification)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content reputed company role
• 6+ months of experience writing content for reputed company
• Demonstrated critical thinking and editorial judgment reputed company reputed company, sensitive, and often confidential topics, with a reputed company record of delivering content sets to fixed deadlines
• reputed company ability to plan and write online help content and customer support responses for reputed company media platforms and/or mobile apps
• Experience working to launch or go-live dates and coordinating with cross-functional partners to reputed company on a shared reputed company
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
• Content reputed company skills - write, edit, and improve support content, including content for reputed company
• Project management - prioritisation and coordinating content across multiple reputed company launches

• Familiarity with data analysis, XML editing, and AI tools
• Experience preparing content for product or feature launches
