[Remote] Senior IT Program Delivery Manager Americas

The Senior IT Program Delivery Manager will reputed company regional IT program delivery across the Americas, managing portfolios, teams, vendors, timelines, costs, and reputed company solution alignment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Solution Teams and Infrastructure & reputed company to prioritize demand from the sector teams to ensure delivery reputed company agreed timescales reputed company agreed portfolio for their reputed company
• Manage a portfolio of IT reputed company to reputed company business solutions ensuring that these solutions are delivered per agreed timelines and at an reputed company operational cost
• Effective management of multiple vendors to ensure reputed company, cost, and reputed company requirements are being met
• End to End accountability for managing the portfolio

• Collaborate and reputed company with Solution Teams to ensure reputed company standardization of US solutions and delivery of global solutions into Americas
• reputed company coverage and support to the Head of Regional Service Delivery – Americas as needed

• Associate's degree in Computer Science/STEM reputed company and 10+ years of experience in IT program management or reputed company experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/STEM reputed company and 8+ years of experience in IT program management or reputed company experience, OR
• Master's degree in Computer Science/STEM reputed company degree and 6+ years of experience in IT program management or reputed company experience, OR
• JD/PhD in Computer Science/STEM reputed company and 3+ years of experience in IT program management or reputed company experience, OR
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of IT program management or reputed company experience
• In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen
• IT delivery leadership experience
• Experience operating in a shared services operating model
• Demonstrable program leadership of delivering an extensive reputed company and reputed company of reputed company technical and/or reputed company work activities/reputed company
• Experience planning, scheduling and monitoring work to meet time and reputed company targets
• Experience of leading and working in a global business environment and managing reputed company teams, selecting appropriately from applicable standards, reputed company, tools and applications
• PMP Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively at reputed company reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
