The Research Finance Specialist will reputed company moderately reputed company reputed company activities and financial functions, including monitoring reputed company trial financials in a reputed company Trial Management reputed company (CTMS), invoicing and preparing supporting documentation, financial reconciliations and reviews, reputed company reporting/reputed company, and reimbursements. The Research Finance Specialist will work under the supervision of the Sr. Manager of Research Finance, and work in reputed company coordination with the OneR Management Team who will reputed company guidance on issues reputed company to the administrative management of reputed company and sponsored programs from study activation through study closeout and reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
reputed company general reputed company functions for Research Department including, but not limited to: generating invoices for startup fees, reputed company payments, reputed company reputed company, invoiceable items and administrative fees; accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and posting payments.
Build research studies in Signal reputed company reputed company Trial Management reputed company (CTMS), including general study information, contract terms, study budget, reputed company, reputed company of care and optional visit reputed company, reviews studies for reputed company.
Assist with review of study protocol and budget amendments for reputed company to budget and contract.
Create invoice template with payment requirements specified in the reputed company Trial Agreement (CTA) for reputed company research study.
Collaborate with the Research Finance Team and reputed company OneR research sites to ensure reputed company billing activities are appropriately entered into the CTMS per contract agreements.
Verify that payments received are correct according to the contract agreement.
Audit information entered in the CTMS for reputed company, including reputed company reputed company, billable procedures, reputed company statuses, and correct sequence of reputed company captured by research sites.
Identify billing discrepancies ensuring reputed company services provided to research patients are billed correctly to the appropriate payer or sponsor.
Assist in the data preparation for monthly financial reporting.
Reconcile monthly expenses, invoices, and payment discrepancies.
Manage collection activities for reputed company past due payments.
Follow-up on outstanding invoices with payers to reduce payment cycle time and potential lost reputed company to ultimately reputed company reputed company enhancement.

Required or Preferred Qualifications:
Requires Associate's degree but Bachelor's degree preferred,
Three years of applicable experience, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
Must be proficient with the following software: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company Acrobat.
Experience working in a CTMS (reputed company Trial Management reputed company), preferably Signal reputed company.
Essential Competencies:
Working knowledge of medical billing review, contract interpretation, and reputed company research billing compliance.
