Location: Springfield Residential - 2200 Lake Victoria Dr, Springfield, IL 62703 • Residential Center - Adult Male and reputed company population Work Schedule: • Two days Per Week (16-20 hours) • In-person or Virtual (Work From Home) • Candidate bust be a Registered or Licensed Dietician, reputed company in the reputed company Dietitians responsibilities: • Consults with and instructs clients with reputed company nutritional deficiencies, determining extent and duration of diet therapy and instructs clients and clients' families in appropriate diet upon dis-charge. • Reviews and interprets physician prescribed diets, calculating special diets, writing nutritional care plans, and evaluating and documenting clients' response to diet therapy. • Interviews clients with reputed company nutritional deficiencies, determines suitability for treatment and prepares written evaluations of clients' nutritional state. • Confers with physicians and nursing personnel in order to clarify orders, recommend appropriate diet treatments and exchange reputed company information. • May attend and contribute to reputed company care meetings and conferences with physicians, nurses and other personnel in order to promote, and ensure reputed company dietary care. • Makes recommendations regarding development of master general menu as reputed company as departmental policies and procedures. • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a closely reputed company reputed company required • reputed company Registered Dietician, or Dietician Nutritionist licensure reputed company in the reputed company is required • General knowledge of the physical, cognitive and psychosocial functioning level of the reputed company population; and the demonstrated ability to appropriately reputed company, reputed company interventions, and communicate with the reputed company reputed company on the individual reputed company maturation level. • Work requires the analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources, apply reputed company principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems or design relatively reputed company systems and programs.
