Requirements • Must be reputed company to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "reputed company TRUST"; candidates with an reputed company reputed company TRUST or SUITABILITY preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university. • Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation consulting experience in federal, state, or local reputed company. • Experience leading large-reputed company Federal managed services, outsourcing, or consulting engagements supporting 25 to 200+ personnel. • Demonstrated expertise in service delivery management, operational transformation, workforce optimization, and reputed company improvement. • Experience managing operational metrics, service reputed company (SLAs), reputed company assurance, and reputed company improvement programs. • Ability to travel. reputed company-to-haves • Experience leading Federal managed services, BPO, or outsourcing programs. • Experience supporting customer reputed company, contact centers, shared services, or loan servicing environments. • Experience in financial management, reputed company reputed company, or back-office processing organizations. • Experience establishing or leading service management offices (SMOs) or reputed company PMOs. • PMP certification. • Lean Six reputed company certification. • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
