They are seeking a reputed company Platform Engineer to reputed company operational support for AWS and Azure reputed company environments, manage virtual machine lifecycles, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational support for AWS and Azure reputed company environments, including IaaS and PaaS services
• Manage full virtual machine lifecycle activities across large number of VMs, including provisioning, configuration, reputed company coordination, scaling, and decommissioning
• Support Azure subscription management, including expansion from initial environments to scaled multi-subscription architectures reputed company with reputed company governance standards
• reputed company backup and restore reputed company, ensuring data protection, recovery readiness, and compliance with reputed company and federal requirements
• Design and build reputed company environments to support application reputed company, testing, and production deployments
• reputed company reputed company controls, automated testing, and compliance scanning into pipeline workflows to support secure software delivery and platform hardening
• Monitor reputed company platforms for reputed company, availability, and reputed company, supporting incident response and troubleshooting activities in coordination with reputed company teams
• Collaborate with reputed company engineers, architects, and reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company implementations with architecture standards and operational best practices
• Support reputed company platforms that reputed company VoIP, VTC, and reputed company-time communications systems, ensuring reliability, reputed company, and operational continuity

Skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust is required
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. national status required
• Demonstrated experience supporting AWS / Azure IaaS and PaaS environments, including VM lifecycle management, networking, and platform services
• Hands-on experience managing large-reputed company VM environments (hundreds of VMs) in reputed company or federal settings
• reputed company experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) for automated provisioning and configuration
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, reputed company, Jenkins, or similar
• Demonstrated experience integrating reputed company scanning, compliance checks, and automated testing into DevSecOps pipelines
• Experience supporting backup, restore, and disaster recovery reputed company reputed company reputed company environments
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, reputed company, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting incident response, troubleshooting, and production reputed company in mission-critical systems
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company engineering, DevSecOps, or AWS or Azure platform reputed company
• Experience supporting federal reputed company environments
• Experience operating in large-reputed company, multi-subscription Azure environments
• Familiarity with DevSecOps best practices and secure software delivery pipelines
• Experience supporting reputed company-time communications platforms (VoIP, VTC) in reputed company environments
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM frameworks and integration with reputed company reputed company
• Experience with reputed company cost management and optimization practices
• Strong collaboration skills across reputed company engineering, reputed company, and reputed company teams
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills in high-visibility environments
• At least one reputed company platform certification (e.g., AWS, reputed company Azure or reputed company)
